The enterprise manufactures frameworks for buildings and installations as well as separate structural components of steel structures (columns, trusses, floor beams, framework crossbars and girt support columns, crane runway beams etc.).
NZRMK” JSC implements projects and manufactures steel structures of steel vertical cylindrical tanks. Tanks with the capacity of 100 up to 100000 m3 are manufactured by individual customer design.
ntermediate capacities can be manufactured by customer’s request. Tank is equipped with Du 800 neck with plain cover overhanging top of tank shell and manhole hatch Du800 for installation of technological equipment.
Hot water storage tanks for heat supply systems, complete with explosive rupture protection steel structures.
“NZRMK” JSC executes orders on designing and manufacturing of complete delivery buildings and installations of practically any dimensions with due account for the customer requirements. High grade of structure prefabrication, manufacturing precision of even the most complicated and demanding steel structures allow to significantly reduce expenses and elements assembly time and to accelerate buildings erection.
These panels are highly efficient architecturally expressive cladding structures for outer walls, insulated partition walls and covering for quick-mount prefabricated industrial and civil buildings and installations, including warehouses, trading, administrative and public buildings, food industry enterprises, sports facilities, residential buildings, demountable buildings, cold storage coolers.
Windows and frames are manufactured from lightweight steel continuous-type bend window profile by customer dimensions. Casement glazing is done either with glass or double glass units
Shaped sheet is manufactured from coiled galvanized or painted steel supplied by the leading domestic manufacturers “Severstal”, “Novolipetsk steel works”, “Magnitogorsk steel works”.
Designed for decking, installing platforms and flight stair treads in industrial buildings and facilities operating in the regions with design temperature of minus 65С and above.
Tower allows for placement of six base station antennas and six radio relay antennas. Tower location is envisioned in wind region III , locality type «А», design operation temperature down to -50 С.
Grid decking and stair treads are manufactured by cold extrusion method of binding and carrier strips on specialized equipment under pressure of up to 100 t based on the requirements of DIN 24537.
